Jose Cavero Owner/GM
Jose got his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru. Following his undergraduate degree, he landed a job with a global leader in nonstick coatings. In 2007, he acquired his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. In 2008, he established Cavero Coatings. He has been in the high-temperature non-stick coating industry for almost 30 years.
Daniel Cavero General Manager
Daniel received his undergraduate degree in Management from Luther College. Following his undergraduate degree, he worked for a start up in tech consulting. Shortly thereafter, he joined Cavero Coatings. In 2018, he acquired his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. Daniel has been in the nonstick coating industry for almost 10 years.
Charlie Fields Commercial Director
Charlie studied Manufacturing Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He started his first coating business in 1994 at the age of twenty-four. After divesting his business in 2001 Charlie continued in manufacturing leadership roles within the high-performance coating industry until 2007 when he transitioned into commercial leadership. Charlie founded the first dedicated fluoropolymer medical device coating operation with an ISO 13485 quality system, established a sales and warehouse operation in Mexico and lead global and regional commercial teams. Charlie has 36 years of experience in fluoropolymers, polymers, and high-performance coatings.
